Multi-year platform surveys sometimes publish residual medians in narrow bands. Cash Caliper maps those bands onto micrometer-style ticks—small increments that describe how residual pay was measured, not how to enlarge it.
Each tick is anchored to a cited table: year, geography, and whether tips or bonuses enter the residual. Gaps between ticks are left blank when the source does not support interpolation.
The desk refuses language that turns a tick into a promise. A published residual is a measured opening, nothing more.
